December 17, 2024 Findings and Order rescinded; new Findings substituted holding WCAB retains jurisdiction under LC 5803; defendant must reimburse applicant for attorney fees withheld beyond awarded amount plus interest; penalties and additional attorney fees denied.
Findings and Order of April 29, 2020 rescinded; new Findings of Fact substituted that a contested claim existed on August 7, 2014; matter returned to trial level for further proceedings.
