Therefore, any petition for reconsideration needed to be filed 25 days from December 18, 2020, i.e., on or before Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Applicant filed the Petition for Reconsideration on January 19, 2021. The Petition for Reconsideration is therefore untimely.
