What the panel ordered
Petition for Reconsideration denied.
Petition for Reconsideration filed by Defendant was denied by the WCAB panel, adopting and incorporating the WCJ's Report and Opinion on Decision.
What was disputed, and how it came out
Each issue the panel decided, with the reasoning it gave. An outcome is what this panel did on this record — not a rule, and not a prediction.
The WCAB panel adopted the WCJ's reasoning that the Petition for Reconsideration lacked merit because the evidence justified the findings, the findings supported the order, and the trial judge did not exceed powers.
From the decision · page 1We have considered the allegations of the Petition for Reconsideration, the contents of the Report and the Opinion on Decision of the workers' compensation administrative law judge (WCJ) with respect thereto. Based on our review of the record, and for the reasons stated in the WCJ's Report and Opinion on Decision, which are both adopted and incorporated herein, we will deny reconsideration.
