What was disputed, and how it came out
Each issue the panel decided, with the reasoning it gave. An outcome is what this panel did on this record — not a rule, and not a prediction.
Dr. Haghighinia's reports provided substantial medical evidence of industrial causation based on accurate history, examination, and reasoned explanation linking work exposure to injury.
From the decision · page 6Based upon our review of Dr. Haghighinia's reports, including the medical legal report dated November 22, 2021, Dr. Haghighinia took an accurate and adequate history of the injury, thoroughly examined the applicant, and explained how and why the industrial work exposure caused applicant's complaints. As such, we find that Dr. Haghighinia's reporting constitutes substantial medical evidence of injury AOE/COE to the neck, wrist, hands, upper extremities, and arms.
