What was disputed, and how it came out
Each issue the panel decided, with the reasoning it gave. An outcome is what this panel did on this record — not a rule, and not a prediction.
The June 18, 2021 order only determined that J.R. Pierce Plumbing did not cause cumulative injury; it did not determine whether applicant sustained cumulative injury while employed by Quality Plumbing.
From the decision · page 6It follows that the F&O’s determination that the June 18, 2021 findings and order does not absolve Quality Plumbing from potential liability for workers’ compensation benefits and permits applicant to litigate his cumulative injury claim against Quality Plumbing was issued not in error but to clarify the record pursuant to the requirements of Lab.
